By accessing or using Workflow Master at workflowmaster.chakrakali.com (the "Service"), operated by Chakra ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Workflow Master provides deterministic, event-driven business automation — when an event occurs in one of your tools, a defined chain of actions runs across the others. Pre-built example templates and the interactive builder are available free, without an account. Activating your own live automations may require sign-in and a paid subscription (see the Payment & Refund Policy).
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You agree not to: (a) violate any law or third-party right; (b) disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; (c) use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive messages; or (d) resell the Service except as expressly permitted.
You retain ownership of the data and automation definitions you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any data your automations send, and for compliance with the terms of the third-party tools you connect.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for testing automations before relying on them.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHAKRA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100.
